It is made for an adult child choosing a place for a parent. Your customer names two or three places, rates each one on six rows such as care level, monthly cost and distance from family, adds a note where it helps, then drags the six rows into their own order of importance, and that order sets the weights. Then they get a personal report of eight or nine pages, depending on how many options they compared: a cover with their options as stacked score bars, the leader on top; a verdict, such as Clear Winner, Close Call or Dead Heat, with their weights shown; a page for each option with their ratings and their own notes quoted; a page on the smallest change that would flip the result; questions to ask next, with a message to the family ready to copy; a plan dated to their decision day, ending on their deadline when they have one; and a closing page that points to your next product.
