Readiness Scorecard: Sell a Slider Scorecard That Ends in a Personal Report
The skill that builds your own readiness scorecard for your customers.
This skill builds a scorecard in your brand where your customers set one slider for each part of being ready, see their shape against yours, and get a personal seven-page report with a dated thirty-day plan.
You are getting the thing that builds a scorecard you sell, use to grow your list, or run before a client call. The skill interviews you about the parts of being ready your customers tend to get uneven and where you want each one to sit before they go ahead, then builds the sliders, the ready mark and the report with you, and hands you a finished scorecard with your name in the footer.
What Your Customer Sees
The worked example is The Solo Launch Scorecard, built for a made-up business called Rally & Co. so you can see the branding is yours to replace. Your customer sets five sliders, one for each part of leaving a job to work for themselves: money runway, first clients, the offer, support at home, and systems and admin. The words under each slider change as they move it, they can add a line in their own words, and their shape builds live on a radar laid over the ready profile you set. Then they get a personal, seven-page report built from their own answers: a cover with their name, the date, their named profile and the radar; a profile page naming the part furthest behind and the one to keep; every part against your mark, with the gap; a page for each of their two lowest parts, with their own words quoted back, three steps and a message ready to send; a thirty-day plan dated from the day they build the report, with steps they tick off; and a closing page that points to your next product. Their sliders and plan ticks save in their browser, and they keep the whole report as a designed PDF.
